Scope of Services. Through this Site, Ramon Rivas Landscaping markets and arranges Residential Landscaping, Commercial Landscaping, Yard Cleanup, Tree Trimming, Irrigation System Installation, Irrigation System Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
